Terms & Conditions

Direct Bookings Reservation Procedure: clients can either reserve a room or suite online or send an email with a reservation request. We confirm the reservation by email and send out a Confirmation Form. In order to guarantee a reservation, we ask clients to provide their credit or debit card details. Cards are not charged at time of reservation. We only charge the card when you are not present if we need to apply any of our “Cancellation” charges, per below. Please refer below to “Group Bookings” for details of the procedure for groups of 10 or more people. Payment: we do not ask for payment of a deposit in advance, unless the reservation is for a Group. Payment is to be made at the hotel in cash or by credit or debit card per “Payments at Kasbah Angour” below. Cancellation: please note the following percentage cancellation charges of the total amount per the Confirmation Form. 30 to 15 days before check-in date 50%. 14 to 8 days before check-in date 70%. 7 to 0 days before check-in date or no-show 100%.

Group Bookings: we ask groups to enquire and make reservations in the same way as above, but, in addition, we require payment of a deposit of 50% of the total shown on the Confirmation Form by bank transfer at the point of reservation. Payment of the balance is payable 30 days before the arrival date by bank transfer. Bank transfers should be made to us in the currency specified on the Confirmation Form. Further charges incurred at the hotel can be settled at the time of check-out by cash or credit card, please refer to “Payment at Kasbah Angour” below. Advance payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation of a reservation. We add a service charge of 7.5% to the group’s expenditure on excursions and food & drink.

Payments at Kasbah Angour (applicable to Direct Bookings, Group Bookings and bookings via travel agents): payments remaining due for accommodation and charges incurred at the hotel are invoiced and settled per below. Invoices are expressed in Moroccan dirhams and any prices previously shown in GBP or EUR (i.e. for room, food & drink, other services) are converted into Moroccan dirhams using the exchange rate published on Yahoo Finance at the moment the invoice is issued. Payment can be in cash and by credit or debit card. Payment by credit or debit card will incur an additional 3% charge. We do not accept Amex or bank cheques.

Other: check-in is 2pm and check-out is 12pm, unless otherwise agreed. Clients that choose to participate in activities or excursions, organised by us, do so at their own risk and undertake to have appropriate insurance cover. In the event of guests removing or causing damage to fittings, furniture and furnishings, such guests are liable for the cost of replacement items. In very exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to cancel a reservation and will refund amounts paid by the client prior to arrival. These terms & conditions are subject to review and amendment. We reserve the right to change our prices and offers at any time.
